"At some point in your life you've been pitched a multi-level marketing (MLM), direct selling, or network marketing business opportunity. While the pitch varies from company to company, it basically promises a chance to ditch your work schedule, be your own boss, and make a lot of money while making new friends in the process.
It all sounds good on paper, but yet there is a seemingly endless debate whether these companies and programs are legitimate business opportunities or not, so I dug in and got the real scoop. As a result, I believe the entire industry is positioned for explosive growth and can be one of the most significant solutions Americans current retirement crisis."
You may be looking through this site and asking yourself,"I don't get it...So what does Fabian do?!" If you were to ask him, he would simply reply, "I just help a lot of people! I get paid to give everything I got, put all the cards on the table, till the other persons problem is solved." After all that is what an entrepreneur is at its essence. A person who solves other people's problems and gets compensated to help.
Fabian started his career in real estate. He bought his first home when he was 19 years old and leveraged a few room mates. When it came to the end of the month their rent paid his mortgage, all of the house bills, and a few extra hundred dollars in his pocket each month. He bought the house once, but got paid on it month after month, year after year until he sold it for 3 times more than what he bought it for 7 years earlier.
In the late 90's, Fabian was still in college for music performance when brides and grooms started calling him needing entertainment. He put the best musicians together to perform for their event. When their perference was a DJ instead, he just bought equipment and did that too. Once business started booming, he hired the best of the best musicians and Dj's in town to leverage his time.
"You can't be every where at once, so I just figured I book the work because I developed a brand that people trusted. Then I would just simply hire the best musicians around. The musicians were happy because I paid them very well, clients were happy because they got incredible value and service, and I got paid whether I was on the gig, or not!"
All the while Fabian started building his reputation in the education field in 2002. Developing rapport with teachers and students, parents and the community, and really building relationships with everyone including local law enforcement to mayor and council he began to make life long connections that is still fruitful today. Fabian's clientele base grew so he incorporated his first LLC, teaching music lessons to children and adults in the comfort of their homes.
A few years later in 2007, he reconnected with his great friend and producer Jeremy Grenhart. They started making records, arranging music and doing tons of work on the production side of the music industry. When records sold, or songs got picked up, licensing deals and royalty checks started to appear. "Write the music once, get paid for it every time it aired or was downloaded"...
Then in 2012 it all clicked! Fabian's step mother, a successful attorney, introduced him to the industry of Network Marketing. He had heard about the companies that sold coffee, juices, lotions, potions, but didn't have an interest in selling a bunch of stuff to family and friends. But out of respect for his mother, he decided to go meet the people she had networked with.
Fabian went to a huge event where there were hundreds of people. He met leaders and mentors like James Adlam and Casey Snyder. They talked about getting paid, when people paid their bills. The business model made too much sense!!!
"It's a fact, everyone has to pay monthly bills. Electric, Gas, Cell Phone, TV, Internet, and the list goes on. And no matter how broke or wealthy someone may be, these essential services are needed and can never be paid off; everyone will have to pay for these services for the rest of their lives out of necessity. Just Imagine referring people to a website to reduce these bills and every time they paid one, which they're going to do anyway, you got a check. There is nothing more residual in our lives then our bills, we might as well attach our income to it!"
